Loathsome – I have no other word for my impressions from these purely Goebbelsian votings. Human rights my leg! The UN has no more reasons to be respected as a righteous organization, than, say, Stalin’s Politburo (well, no wonder at all if to remember that the blueprint for this modern transformation of the notorious Comintern was drafted by Stalin’s agent Alger Hiss).
I note that in the 19th Session of the UNHRC some 50% of the resolutions were condemnatory of Israel. I also note that those countries who put forward the condemnations were mostly Islamic and therefore had a vested interest in condemning Israel as they represented the 'non-state' of 'Palestinian Authority".
Israel is a land, small in size but dynamic in character.I am from New Zealand who has lived in Gaza, 'West Bank" (Judea and Samaria) and Jerusalem. I have worked with Palestinians and Jews and speak both languages. It alarms me to think that the so-called key legal bodies of the world governments are so ignorant of the fact that the God of Heaven the Almighty deeded the land of Israel from the Mediterranean to the River Euphrates long before any of the nations on the UNHRC were in existence, some 4000 years ago.
The San Remo agreement of 1922 is the only legally binding agreement and it clearly endorses Israel's right to the land of Judea and Samaria and Golan. This was signed by Britain, United States, France and Russia to make a homeland for the Jews. Britain reneged on her commitment and created the Arab kingdoms of Jordan and Syria gave more than half of Israeli land to them. Israel has the divine right and legal right to the land and no man or government can change that. Israel would tear down the wall if the threat of terrorism was gone. I know the fear of attack from Arab sources as I lived through the 90's in Jerusalem.Israel withdrew from Gaza and is no longer a so-called 'occupying power' but Hamas stated goal is to destroy Israel. Hamas places children and civilians by force in areas where they fire their rockets knowing Israel's moral integrity prevents them from firing at civilians.I am only a citizen of the world but am disappointed that the UN has stooped so low as to believe so many lies.
